Loanwhich Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Eagle Mountain and the Eagle Mountain area with independent local providers of concrete driveways, patios and stamped concrete. We do not do the work. The providers in our network do.
Why This Site Exists
Most people have never poured a slab. The terms are new, the quotes look different from each other and the stakes are real. Concrete is hard to undo. So this site starts with plain information. Know your options, plan before you pour, then talk to someone who can do the job.
How Matching Works
You tell us what you have in mind. That might be a wider driveway, a backyard patio or a stamped finish. You share your town and a few details. What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers to be clear and respectful. That means:
- Explain the plan in everyday words
- Give a written quote you can compare
- Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
- Answer questions without pressure
Each provider is independent. They run their own business and set their own prices and schedules.
What We Do Not Do
We do not pour, finish or inspect concrete. We do not set prices, and we do not promise results. We also do not handle concrete driveway repair or other fix-it requests. Our focus is new work. If you spot cracks in a foundation wall, that calls for foundation repair experts, which is a separate trade from flatwork.
How Referrals Are Funded
Loanwhich Concrete does not bill homeowners for a connection. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a connection leads to work. That fee does not change your quote, and you are never required to hire anyone.
Get Your Own Records Ready
A little prep makes any estimate smoother. Measure the space. Snap photos from a few angles. Write down where water flows and where snow piles up. Keep it all in one folder. Tidy notes also help if you ever need to talk with your insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
